Day 2: God's Presence in the Wilderness

Reading: Exodus 13:21-22, Psalm 23

Devotional: The Israelites' 40-year journey through the wilderness reminds us that even in our most challenging seasons, God never abandons us. He guided them with a pillar of cloud by day and fire by night, constantly demonstrating His presence.

In our own "wilderness" experiences - times of uncertainty, hardship, or spiritual dryness - God remains faithfully present. His methods of provision and guidance may not always be as visible as a pillar of fire, but they are no less real. Reflect on a difficult period in your life.

How did God reveal His presence to you during that time?
